Policies
We offer three semesters of lessons throughout the 2010-2011 year. They are as follows:September 1st-December 18th
January 3rd-June 25th
July 4th- August 27th
No lessons will be given on holidays.
Payments
Payments are to be made either in full or by post dated check at the beginning of each term.
Missed Lessons
2 missed lessons, due to illness are allowed per semester. 24 hour notice is required in order for a make up lesson to be arranged. Please notify us of any foreseeable scheduling conflicts at the beginning of the semester in order for the bill to be adjusted accordingly. If a lesson is missed by the teacher we will make every effort to reschedule or make necessary adjustments.
Performances
All of the teachers at Passport Music believe in the importance of the performance experience. Students will be given the opportunity to showcase their achievements at recitals given at the end of the Fall and Spring semesters. We also encourage our students to take part in RCM Examinations as well as various festivals throughout the GTA.
